Air Fryer Pizza Crust

I recently received a Big Boss Air Fryer for Christmas this year and the hunt was on for some good recipes to try out in my new gadget. When I came across the Hip2Save Crazy Simple 2 Ingredient Bagels for the air fryer, I just had to try it! But instead of bagels, I wanted a good pizza dough and it delivered.

Air Fryer Pizza Crust

Crust:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup zero fat Greek yogurt, plain
1 tsp garlic powder

(If you don't have self rising flour, 
add 2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp salt.)

It combines into a tacky dough. If you need to, add a little more flour to keep it from sticking. Cut dough in half and press each into two oiled pie plates. Bake each on top rack at 330 degrees for about 8 minutes. (I just eyeballed it until it got golden brown.) 

Add your sauce and toppings, put it back into the air fryer and bake about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly golden. (For my toppings I've used pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, black olives and low fat shredded cheese.)
